How to use this visual search test
Visual Search fills the screen with similar symbols and asks you to locate the one item that differs. The task combines scanning speed, selective attention, and accurate target selection across multiple grids.
Use a consistent scanning pattern such as rows, columns, or broad visual grouping instead of repeatedly checking the same area. Screen size and grid density change how much eye movement is required, so same-device comparisons are the most useful.
How the score works
Lower adjusted completion time is better. Wrong selections add a penalty, and harder modes increase the number of symbols, grid density, and rounds.
